School Districts have limited resources to assist teachers in understanding and planning for retirement and most educators don’t have the time or training to optimize their retirement.
Retirement Consulting for Educators will incorporate their knowledge of the pension plans into their individual assessments of your situation and help you achieve your retirement needs and goals. Wesley Ratelle, Founder and President.
Wes is a native Californian, born in San Diego and comes from a family of Educators. He has taught High School Social Studies for over twenty-five years from 1992-2017 in three different California counties (San Diego, Kern and Santa Barbara). Wes has helped teachers during that time as a Teacher’s Union Site Representative, Teacher’s Union Board Member, BTSA mentor, and Master Teacher. Wes started Retirement Consulting for Educators four years ago and has helped over 1,000 teachers plan for retirement.
